We are seeking a ReactJs Senior Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in front-end development, Java-based enterprise applications, software architecture, Agile methodologies, and modern development practices.

Work Arrangement: On-site; candidates must be local to the Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

The ReactJs Senior Developer will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The role requires strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, RDBMS technologies, REST APIs, Agile methodologies, and software architecture and design.

• Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs .
• Develop modern, responsive, scalable, and reusable front-end components using ReactJS and JavaScript.
• Work extensively with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, and Spring Security for enterprise application development.
• Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services to support enterprise-level web applications.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Follow and enforce front-end development standards, coding best practices, design patterns, and reusable component strategies.
• Develop responsive user interfaces that provide a consistent experience across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Optimize application performance, page load times, responsiveness, scalability, and overall user experience.
• Work with relational databases including Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL and support efficient data access and integration.
• Apply software design patterns such as Factory Method, Singleton, and Command where appropriate.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions and solution development.
• Utilize Git, Maven, CI/CD pipelines , and modern development tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Work in Agile environments and actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and code reviews.
• Use Jira and Rally to plan, track, document, and report project activities and progress.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide day-to-day application support and assist with production incidents, known errors, and problem management.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and regression tests to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and improve application reliability.
• Support integration requirements related to credit card servicing and fraud systems , where applicable.
• Stay current with emerging front-end frameworks, development tools, architectural practices, and industry trends.

• 8+ years of experience in Java development, software engineering, or application architecture , with strong open-source technology experience.
• Strong professional experience as a ReactJs Senior Developer or Senior Front-End/UI Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot in enterprise application environments.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS technologies and relational database concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs, J2EE, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) .
• Strong understanding of application architecture, system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working through the complete SDLC.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Experience with Jira and/or Rally .
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be local to the Sunrise/Fort Lauderdale, FL area and able to work on-site.

• Proven experience developing enterprise applications using ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices.
• Experience with Redux, Flux, Webpack, and Enzyme .
• Experience with React Testing Library and modern front-end testing approaches.
• Experience designing reusable React components and front-end architecture.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and accessible UI development.
• Experience with browser compatibility, cross-device development, and UI performance optimization.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of credit card servicing, payment processing, or fraud systems is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams involving developers, business analysts, QA professionals, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking abilities.
