- Journal entries
- Month-end close
- Account reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Handling detailed, sometimes tedious accounting work with accuracy
- Taking on projects independently and seeing them through
If you’re a hands-on Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to run with projects, we’d love to connect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• Demonstrated experience with month-end close processes and general ledger accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank or cash reconciliations.
• Experience handling accruals, prepaid expenses, and other routine accounting adjustments.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable follow-up, invoicing support, and fixed asset accounting.
• Ability to organize detailed financial information accurately and meet recurring deadlines.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet-based analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with auditors and internal business partners.
