Customer Account Coordinator

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator to join their client's team in Encinitas, California. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must Haves:

• Experience managing customer orders / accounts by accepting, acknowledging, entering, verifying, and confirming customer orders
• Experience with Excell, must have basic functions like Sum, Count, average, and if they can use vlookup and pivot tables that would be great.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 4 year degree required

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Manage and update customer accounts to ensure accurate information is maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
• Support sales and marketing efforts by providing relevant customer feedback.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Hours:

The position is full-time, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay:

• Competitive salary ranging from $21 to $26 per hour, based on experience
