We invite you to join our team!Location: 307 Plaza Drive, Dover, New Hampshire, 03820What You'll DoWe pay you full time to complete our course, and then promote you to LNA when you have completed the 4-week courseInitially hired as a Unit Aide / targeting hire date of 11/5/2026Next class starts 11/10/2026This class will be conducted on evening hours (3pm - 11pm), or depending on needs of the centerAs a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.Key Responsibilities:Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and proceduresLearn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervisionAssist nursing staff in providing daily care to residentsSupport residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and groomingCollaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residentsRequirements:Must be able to commit to a full time course, (Monday - Friday / 8 hours a day) for 4 weeks.Must have excellent attendance, reliable transportation, be consistently dependable.THPs start at $16 an hour / Then after completion promoted to LNA, and pay is $20 an hour (base).
