Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a contract position in Uniondale, NY. As a Pharmacist with expertise in medication management, you will play a critical role in patient care. This onsite position involves working closely with a team to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

- Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients
- Consult on prescription and non-prescription medications for storage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
- Compound medications for external or internal use
- Prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
- Supervise pharmacy staff members including pharmacy technicians and clerks
- Identify drug-related problems and communicate with healthcare providers
- Work in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- Licensed by the state pharmacy board
