As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor visitor and employee activity, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor and control access to the food and beverage production location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and following established entry and exit procedures. Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements; report access concerns, prohibited items, or unusual activity to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, production-adjacent exterior areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
