Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role Overview This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth. Responsibilities include ongoing patient care, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams, utilizing clinical training for procedures, and supervising NP or PA colleagues. Flexibility to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care is required. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans for certification within one year State licensed in California Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and a passion for human-centered care Technological proficiency and adaptability in patient care delivery Openness to feedback, teamwork, and navigating uncertain situations confidently Key Duties Manage patient needs through diverse visits and procedures Participate in continuous learning and team collaboration Supervise clinical colleagues and obtain necessary licensure for virtual care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range of $308,700 to $328,000 plus potential bonuses, benefits, and incentives.
