Requirements:

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional-level roles)
• Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly over the phone
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Driven, self-motivated, and excited by performance-based success
• Bonus: experience in business development or account management
