Graphic DesignerThe Graphic Designer plays a key role in maintaining and elevating the Hunter brand through thoughtful, high-quality visual design across a wide range of digital touchpoints. This role supports the creation of promotional website assets, campaign creative, product page enhancements, and various day-to-day design needs that help drive brand consistency and business growth.This hands-on role requires strong design taste, polished execution, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer who can work efficiently within established brand standards and templates while bringing a refined visual eye to every project. They should be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Maintain and apply Hunter brand standards across all visual assetsEnsure consistency in typography, layout, color, imagery, and overall presentationTranslate brand strategy into compelling and effective visual designHelp evolve internal design templates, tools, and best practicesDesign and produce promotional website graphics, homepage modules, banners, and campaign assetsCreate and update product detail page assets, including carousel graphics and enhanced content modulesAccurately input product specifications, features, and messaging into design templatesDevelop creative assets for seasonal launches, promotions, and product initiativesSupport day-to-day design requests across departments as neededPartner with marketing and creative leadership to execute campaign concepts across digital channelsParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and project kickoffsPrepare final files for production and launch with strong attention to accuracyHelp manage revisions, feedback cycles, and version control throughout projectsWork closely with eCommerce, Product Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support business needsEnsure creative deliverables meet deadlines and align with project timelinesMaintain consistency across paid, owned, and earned digital channelsProvide quality assurance support on final assets before releaseSupport internal marketing initiatives and company-wide creative needsAssist with ad hoc design projects that enhance brand visibility and customer engagementContribute to special projects, presentations, and internal communications as neededHelp ensure all visual touchpoints reflect Hunter's brand values and standardsBA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products, retail, or eCommerceStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design across multiple formats and channelsExcellent design taste with strong typography, layout, and composition skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteComfortable working on Mac computers within a Microsoft-based workflowExperience designing for eCommerce, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing channelsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative, adaptable, and responsive communicatorExperience with project management tools and asset management systems a plusEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
