Behavioral Health Therapist (Bilingual) - LICSW/LPCC/LMFT - Full-Time

Behavioral Health Therapist - English/Spanish Bilingual - Full-Time Position Summary An LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) will work with a group of non‑profit primary care clinics serving North and Northeast Minneapolis and the northern suburbs. The primary focus is providing diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and outpatient therapy in both Spanish and English to children ages 6–12 and their families as part of a small team (four therapy providers and one telehealth provider). Schedule / Location Full‑Time, 32–40 hours/week (flexible scheduling, no billable hours requirement). Hybrid role: most of the time at Coon Rapids/Minneapolis clinics, with some from home if caseload allows. Salary: $72,800‑$83,000 depending on experience. $5,000 sign‑on bonus included. Qualifications LISCW, LPCC or LMFT licensure in Minnesota. Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy. Minimum of two years experience in direct patient care; experience in a primary care setting preferred. Must be bilingual (fluent) in English and Spanish. Experience providing assessment and therapy to children ages 6–12 using age‑appropriate and developmentally sensitive approaches. Great communication skills and attention to detail, comfortable with computers and documentation. Knowledge of assessments, planning, implementation, and care coordination in mental health. Skills in diagnosing patient conditions, interpreting findings from clinical evaluation/diagnostic tests, and risk assessment/intervention. Demonstrated competence in independent clinical practice, works well individually and with a small team. Reliable transportation to commute between clinical locations as needed. Job Requirements Provide individual and family therapy to children ages 6–12 using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed. Provide telehealth support as needed. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, supervision, and trainings as required. Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional best practices. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements. All other tasks as assigned.
