Position: EP Lab Tech

Shift: Will work 4x10hrs Day Shifts (0700-1730) but varies as we stay until procedures are complete

Daily Caseload per tech: We currently run 1 lab averaging 2-5 cases per day

Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 3 Years

First time travelers accepted? (Y/N): Yes

National Certs REQ: CCI RCIS or CCI RCES, ACLS, BLS, Must have SC license (SCRQSA)

Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers

Special Requirements: EP Lab experience. Proficient in scrubbing all EP cases to include LAAC procedures and Leadless PPM, Micropace stim, and Cardiolab EXP

Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs.

Local Radius: 60-mile radius rule

Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Called off hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift

Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
