Job Description Support attorneys throughout probate, estate administration, and trust administration matters. Participate in client meetings and help gather important financial and estate information. Draft petitions, hearing documents, correspondence, and other legal documents for attorney review. Assist with identifying, valuing, and managing estate and trust assets. Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, financial advisors, and other parties. Manage court filings, deadlines, procedures, and case calendars with exceptional attention to detail. Conduct legal research and help keep matters organized and moving forward efficiently. Qualifications 1+ year of probate law experience required. Experience with estate administration, trust administration, or estate planning is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently in a fast‑paced professional environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Comfortable maintaining professional business attire for client‑facing meetings.
