We offer an exciting, supportive, friendly work environment, flexible hours, a great benefits package and competitive wages!All Stores Open 7 Days a Week Weekend and Evening availability requiredDescription: Complete various office support functions for in-store operations.Responsibilities:Accounting FunctionsHandle all cash, checks and credit cardsBalancing individual drawer at the end of their shiftAssisting customers in the completion of financing applicationsAssist sales representatives with finalizing transactions.Customer Interactions/Clerical FunctionsGiving customers receipts and explaining company policiesPromptly answer incoming calls and assisting customersAssist customers with questions regarding the arrival of their furniture and deliveriesAdhering to all company policies and proceduresMaintaining a professional and courteous mannerCalling customers to schedule deliveries/update order status working from reportsAll other duties as assignedQualifications:High School diplomaComfort with computers and data entryAbility to professionally interact with the publicAttention to detail and accuracyA strong work ethic and dependability a mustAt Bernie & Phyl's Furniture, we recognize and appreciate all of our team members hard work and dedication.
