Position Guest Services Supervisor – Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown. Lead the Guest Services team to create memorable guest experiences and manage front‑desk operations. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide a warm first impression. Supervise and direct bell attendants, ensuring efficient luggage handling and guest assistance. Act as a source of knowledge about hotel amenities and local attractions. Lead training and mentoring of bell attendants to deliver exceptional customer service. Coordinate with management on special events influencing guest arrivals and departures. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized entrance area and frontline environment. Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms, explaining hospitality features. Qualifications Hospitality industry experience required; prior Bell Attendant or Supervisor experience preferred. Strong ability to remain calm, provide direction, and solve problems. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and helpful personality. Capable of working a full shift standing and moving throughout the hotel. Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
