RN In-Home Medicare Care Manager (LTSS Focus)
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Texas licensed RN to join our care management team serving Medicare members in southern Dallas County. Care managers meet members in their homes, complete assessments, and determine services. Mileage is reimbursed as part of our benefits package, with hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST.
