Partner Success Manager

Managing a dedicated book of business, the full-time Partner Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to strategic partners, ensuring effective sales and adoption of products while operating remotely. Key responsibilities Own the operational readiness strategy for major accounts, aligning with partner executives and internal teams to ensure programmatic health Collaboratively manage partner sales pipelines to identify new opportunities and optimize conversion tactics for increased win rates Define and lead recurring Joint Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and internal stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel Sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Prior experience with B2B2C or Voluntary Benefit business models for enterprise-sized employers Experience in identity theft protection, cybersecurity, or consumer-facing digital products is a plus Deep understanding of affiliate, reseller, and referral partnership frameworks
