Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Contribute to a positive team environment and culture. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
