Litigation Paralegal (Real Estate, Business, Probate & Personal Injury)

We are seeking an experienced  Litigation Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys in real estate, business, probate, trust and personal injury litigation and be able to manage cases proactively from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, complaints, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents
• Assist attorneys with all phases of discovery
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related events
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Provide administrative and legal assistant support, including answering calls and scheduling appointments
• Organize and manage case files and related documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous litigation paralegal experience required
• Experience in real estate, business, probate, trust and/or personal injury litigation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow matters through to completion
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Spanish/English bilingual skills strongly preferred
