Keeps the pod on schedule across the five phases (Discovery, Design, Build/Migration, Testing, Deployment) and supports the Engagement Lead on governance and analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the project plan, sprint backlog, story boards and milestone tracking; facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros).Produce weekly project and status reporting for our EL and TMNAS leadership.Identify, track and remediate risks, issues, dependencies and blockers; manage actions and decisions logs.Coordinate cross-team and TMNAS stakeholder scheduling for workshops, UAT and KT sessions.Provide light business-analysis support (note-taking, requirements follow-up, documentation upkeep).Mandatory Skills3-5 years of project coordination/management on technology or AI/data delivery projects.Hands-on Agile Scrum delivery; proficiency with story boards / project tracking tools.Insurance program/project management exposure and strong stakeholder communication.Familiarity with AI/RAG delivery context (Custom RAG awareness).Preferred / Additional SkillsAwareness of ImageRight (Vertafore) and insurance Claims operations.PMP/CSM or equivalent certification.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
