The facility is an ACS-verified Level III trauma center with an average annual census of around 10,000 patients, featuring 11 beds inclusive of 8 private rooms and 3 trauma bay beds, supported by digital radiology, point-of-care ultrasound, 24/7 on-site CT, and a collaborative team of 5 employed ED physicians.

Job Details:

• NP/PA to be considered for this Emergency Medicine opportunity
• 216 eight-hour night shifts per year (Monday through Friday, 1pm to 9pm)
• Join a collegial and supportive team of 5 employed ED physicians
• ACS-verified Level III trauma center with an average annual census of approximately 10,000 patients
• ATLS certification required
• ED physicians provide basic admin orders for hospitalists from 5pm to 7am
• Hospital EMR: Meditech Magic
• Digital radiology and point-of-care ultrasound available on-site
• 24/7 on-site CT available; MRI available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Nurse triage process in place to support patient flow
• Telehealth psychiatrist assistance available for psychiatric consultations
• 11-bed department inclusive of 8 private rooms and 3 trauma bay beds
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Student loan repayment assistance offered
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days provided
