Event Production Specialist - Nights & Weekends

The ideal candidate will: Have communication and interpersonal skills necessary to engage with management, coworkers from all departments, vendors, and clients at all levels. Be comfortable in a multi-task environment with frequent interruptions, short deadlines, and sometimes a high degree of pressure. Be highly organized and detail-oriented. Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, service, and hospitality. Deliver exceptional client care before, during, and after the event. Possesses professional poise in written and verbal communication, as well as personal presentation. Provide general Production Assistance to an assigned Event Manager, as well as to the Event Management team, and Director of Event Management when needed. Full production assistance to include (but not limited to): rental management, event load-ins and set-ups, vendor management, permitting, event diagram creation, check requests, event summary document creation, database maintenance, attendance at site inspections, and preparation of documents for final billing. Actively seek to learn all the skills and habits of a successful Event Manager Works a flexible schedule which includes events on nights and weekends frequently.
