Position Overview Operator responsible for operating a curb machine and other construction equipment safely and efficiently, including skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other equipment. Responsibilities Operate curb machines and various construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed. Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments. Perform labor as required when not operating equipment. Requirements Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Class A CDL desired but not required. High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience operating construction equipment; safety and efficiency expected. Willingness to work varied hours and variable weather conditions. Union membership required or willingness to join; successful passage of Union aptitude test if required. Punctual, dependable, and able to be labor‑ready when not operating equipment.
