Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.

Analyze test results for correctness, troubleshoot errors, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.

Assist with specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as required.

Document procedures in detail, mentor new team members or students, and uphold adherence to laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe work environment while meeting all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.

Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving abilities in dynamic or high-pressure environments.

Superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in relation to quality control and documentation.
