Description

Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile global transformation program, Middle Office Globalization, designed to deliver a global trading model by migrating UK front office operations onto US order management systems (Charles River Development and Bloomberg). Coordinated across multiple workstreams including data harmonization, middle office operations, and regulatory/compliance.

• Design and implement enhanced finance and governance control mechanisms for the program director. Identified weaknesses in a paper-based procurement and approval process and proposed migration to an existing digital platform. Introduced formal validation of invoiced deliverables by workstream leads prior to executive and program level approval. Lead end to end oversight of the new process.

• Take full ownership of a standalone global reporting project, delivering standardized reporting across US and UK markets. Authored the project plan and business requirements documentation in collaboration with the program director and led a delivery team comprising three business analysts and developers, identifying reports for globalization across day one and day two delivery phases.

• Facilitated estimation workshops and sprint planning sessions using Azure DevOps, maintained RAID logs and tracked delivery progress against agreed milestones.

• Maintained project artefacts in Planview and SharePoint, including project plans, resource scheduling across concurrent projects and delivery status. Produced and disseminated monthly reporting to Financial Planning & Accounting and senior stakeholders.

• Assisted program director and migration manager with the formulation and execution of a large-scale migration runbook spanning four internal workstreams and external vendors during a complex migration.

This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
