Human Resources Generalist
America's Floor Source
America’s Floor Source, a leading flooring retailer and installer based in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing, team-oriented organization. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS recordkeeping, and employee relations for both office and field teams. You’ll partner closely with managers to support performance management, policy compliance, and training initiatives, helping maintain our culture of craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional service. This position offers growth, professional development, and the opportunity to impact a multi-market retail and installation business.
