Job Summary:
Surgical Technician / Operating Room Technician located in Oxnard, California. This position involves working in an acute care setting with a focus on surgical support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role supports the organizations surgical team during night shifts.

- Shift Hours: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Education and Experience: No minimum years of experience required beyond the specified two years of experience in surgical support
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS Certification and CST; licenses must be submitted; location in Oxnard, CA; minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or operating room setting
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, with every other week first to float
- Additional Information: Cancellation policy allows the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments. Charting system in use is Cerner. No BSN required.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
