Essential Responsibilities: Collect, negotiate, and recommend solutions to consumers via phone. Set up payment or settlement arrangements in the database. Identify accounts that require legal processing. Assisting Spanish-speaking customers; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Qualifications: No experience necessary, training provided. Customer service experience preferred. Good communication skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ability to pass a background and drug test This full-time position typically works Monday-Friday. An occasional Saturday may be required. Ready to join our legal team?
