Housing Clerk 1st Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Customer Service: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and explaining housing policies to the public or tenants
• Record-Keeping: Filing documents, maintaining computerized tenant master files, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Meeting Support: Preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and organizing agendas for housing meetings.

Housing Clerk 1st Shift Qualifications:

• Strong data entry,
• Excellent customer service
• Proficiency in office software

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
