ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and we’re a growing team of three focused on building something strong from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained leadership experience as a sales manager with AT&T. That background in sales and team leadership helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama and have been married for six years. My wife and I have two children and family is a big part of my motivation and leadership style. I stay involved locally as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in staying connected to the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Fleming - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
