PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a dedicated Safety Support Associate for the Highland Gardens site. You will monitor facilities and grounds, engage with participants, and respond to safety concerns to maintain a secure environment for staff and clients. You will collaborate with the on-site case management and security teams, implement de-escalation strategies, and help develop safety procedures.
