Housing Stability Case Manager - Interim Subsidy

The Salvation Army Southern California

The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an Interim Subsidy Case Manager to serve in the Shallow Subsidy Program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing transitional support and case management to Permanently Housed participants while coordinating with landlords to mediate tenancy issues and support successful housing outcomes. Responsibilities include assessments, housing stability planning, progress tracking, and crisis intervention as needed, with a caseload around #J-18808-Ljbffr The Salvation Army Southern California
