The Salvation Army Southern California is seeking an Interim Subsidy Case Manager to serve in the Shallow Subsidy Program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, providing transitional support and case management to Permanently Housed participants while coordinating with landlords to mediate tenancy issues and support successful housing outcomes.
