We're seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our periodontal specialty team. This is a full-time opportunity for an assistant who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about patient care. Job DescriptionClinical Duties
✔ Prepare surgical treatment rooms with periodontal instruments
✔ Assist during surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures
✔ Take and process periodontal radiographs (periapical/bitewing)
✔ Perform periodontal charting and maintain accurate records
✔ Manage infection control protocols (HLD, autoclaving, sterilization)
✔ Provide chairside assistance (suctioning, instrument passing)
Patient Care & Administrative Duties
✔ Educate patients on post-operative care instructions
✔ Take dental impressions as needed
✔ Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance
✔ Manage patient records and documentation
Salary Rangefull-time $23 - $25 per hour

Requirements- Infection Control License
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license
Radiology certification
Knowledge of infection control protocols (HLD, sterilization)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Preferences1+ years of periodontal/surgical assisting experience
Experience with periodontal charting
Familiarity with digital radiography
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credentials
