Electrical Service Department

Were looking for aService Project Manager who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, leading teams, and delivering top-notch service to a wide range of customers, from residential to commercial and industrial.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day administrative and customer service functions across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts
• Keep communication flowing clearly and positively with employees, customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee service crews and work orders to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Proactively manage team performance, scheduling, and safety practices
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Ensure high-quality service delivery: on time, on budget, and done right
• Develop and manage ongoing maintenance schedules for service accounts
• Coordinate and schedule service work orders from start to finish

This role is dynamic. Priorities may shift, and youll collaborate across teams to meet evolving business needs.

What You Bring to the Table

Youre organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• A solid understanding of the electrical service industry across multiple sectors
• Experience with business operations, customer service, and basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with office software and business development processes
• A bachelors degree in engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Youll also have:

• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, Life Safety, Uniform Building Codes, etc.)
• Experience with electrical systems, permitting, maintenance programs, and facility management practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
