Customer Sales Associate -This is an in-person sales and face-to-face customer engagement role

Are you a proactive problem solver with strong communication and sales skills? Join our team as a Customer Sales Associate and play a key role in managing sales for new customer relationships, helping solve customers' energy management problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for interested customers by discussing their energy services.
• Provide consultative sales support by recommending cost-effective electricity plans and home energy solutions to customers.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and account management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth.
