Corporate Account Support Specialist

Location: Saint Paul, MN | Pay: $26.00-$30.00/hour | 12-Month Contract

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working cross-functionally?

We're seeking a Corporate Account Support Specialist to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll support customer accounts, manage pricing and contract data, resolve billing and invoice discrepancies, and help drive a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer account support
• Resolve pricing, billing, order, and service-related issues
• Maintain customer, pricing, and contract information within SAP
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Support reporting, project tracking, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of customer support, account management, project coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
