Communications Facilitator

Hybrid role - 3 days onsite/AH. Training hours will be between M-F 8am – 4:30pm (first 4 weeks Hybrid), then 12p-8p for 3 weeks virtually. Once training is complete 3-4 months, permanent shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, estimate hours could be 9a-5p.

Job Purpose: Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal personnel.

Responsibilities will include:

• Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls
• Send messages from internal/external customers to the sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
• Escalate and close pages via backups, if required
• Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures

Notes: 24/7 call center first point of contact Ranges from 60-80 calls per day First point of contact (triage calls) Most of our calls are HCP, Pt, Page reps

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Required qualifications: HS Diploma/GED Diploma required. 1 Year with associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience. Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
