In this role, you will support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large, multi-company, multi-state and global workforce of about 2,000 employees. This role is responsible for payroll data validation, payroll processing support, compliance activities, audits, reporting and employee support while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable federal, state, local and international payroll regulations. We are willing to consider candidates early in their career if they can demonstrate qualifications that we desire.Responsibilities:Support bi-weekly, monthly and off-cycle payroll processing for U.S. multi-state employees and international payroll populations utilizing external payroll provider system.Review payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and employee deductions. Validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure payroll accuracy and completeness before processing.Assist with payroll reconciliations and resolution of payroll discrepancies.Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, direct deposit, etc.Partner with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance to resolve payroll-related issues.Provide excellent customer services while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Minimum Qualifications:Must be a US citizen or permanent residentBachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range.
