The Mission
You'll be our operational eyes and ears on the ground, establishing processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring seamless operations during a crucial transition period. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and make immediate impact.

Proven operations or project management experience with the ability to work independently in a new environment. You should be adaptable, process-focused, and comfortable with rapid decision-making.
