Accounts Payable Specialist - Impactful & Precise

The YMCA of Southwest Florida seeks an Accounts Payable Assistant to manage invoices, input data into the accounting system, and ensure timely processing of purchases for both the YMCA and SKY Academy Charter Schools. You will handle PO matching, vendor records, and ACH/web payments in a compliant, accurate manner.
You will collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, assist with year-end 1099 preparation, support audits, and help improve internal controls and software use.
