Cash Management Specialist

Role Overview A Cash Management Specialist is responsible for all activities related to payment processing. The role includes timely and accurate payment execution, exception resolution, and audit support. Responsibilities Process transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines. Ensure exception items are identified and resolved promptly. Document system actions with comments regarding disposition of work items. Identify, research, and resolve issues. Recommend improvements for controls and processes. Assist with internal or external audit requests. Communicate trends and problems with recommended solutions to management. Assist with creation and maintenance of department documentation, including policies and procedures. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience. Financial services industry experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Office products and company operating systems. Analytical and problem‑solving skills; organized. Customer‑service, team‑ and goal‑oriented. Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the department. Good verbal and written communication skills.
