Requisition ID: 932560 Store # 00P651 SouthPark Charlotte Ray‑Ban Position: Full-Time General Function The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team on the sales floor, delivering a positive customer experience, meeting sales key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising the store to meet brand standards. Additionally, the Store Manager recruits, onboard, and develops the team. Major Duties and Responsibilities Oversee all sales and operational activities to ensure weekly and monthly sales objectives are met. Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment. Coach associates by providing clear, motivating and constructive performance feedback in a timely manner. Accurately staff the store to consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Provide recognition to associates for positive performance. Meet brand standards of presentation and operations. Continuously monitor the business by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans accordingly. Maintain accurate product inventory. Drive participation in assigned monthly training courses. Manage all employee relation concerns, including time and attendance, unsatisfactory performance, and asset protection. Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses best suited for their lifestyle, wardrobe and/or prescription. Move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds around the store for various needs. Remain in a stationary position for the duration of the shift. Perform additional responsibilities as needed. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Financial acumen. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours including evenings and weekends. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
