Quoter/Buyer

We are in need of a Quoter/Buyer. We are looking to start them as a temp but will be converting them after the requirements are met. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm salaried role, $50,000-$62,000, nights and weekends are not expected. We will be holding interviews with all candidates.

• Prepare and manage customer quotes, including material pricing and cost analysis
• Source materials, components, and services from approved suppliers
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations, lead times, and pricing
• Issue purchase orders and manage supplier communications
• Support cost reduction and supplier negotiation initiatives
• Maintain accurate purchasing and quoting data within ERP systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer and production needs
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material availability
• Assist with inventory, forecasting, and supply chain planning activities as needed

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in purchasing, quoting, procurement, or supply chain environments preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in manufacturing or electronics environments is a plus
