Senior Tax Analyst

Seeking a full-time Senior Tax Analyst to join the corporate finance team. In this position, you will be focused on US income taxes, international taxes, and indirect taxes (domestic and international). We are a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative global tax department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a willingness to learn and detail oriented.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your expertise in international taxes and enjoy the added value of working with team members from various countries and cultures. You will work closely on a daily basis with business partners in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, HR, and the Finance Director community from our operational offices around the world.

What You Will Do
•Prepare workpapers for the consolidated federal and multi-state income tax compliance and review returns prepared by third party vendors.
•Prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax calculations and extensions.
•Prepare Form 1042 and associated filings.
•Assist with annual tax provision including book/tax differences, return to provision true up, tax account roll-forward, FIN48 documentation and financial statement footnotes.
•Support the calculation of the annual corporate overhead allocation and preparation of associated transfer pricing adjustments.
•Track and respond to notices from tax authorities and provide support to tax audits.
•Assist with the preparation and review of property tax, sales and use tax, value added tax, goods and services tax, and gross receipts tax returns.
•Research and analyze relevant tax laws relating to business.
•Assist Tax Director on ad hoc tax projects.

Your Qualifications
•Minimum of 3+ years corporate tax experience
•Accounting degree or business degree with concentration in accounting required
•Experience with ASC 740
•CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred
