Additional Details Position is Base Salary Plus Bonus Quarterly Travel Required LTC/SNF or Healthcare Experience Preferred How you Will make a Difference Assisting with the strategic direction of an assigned area including examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes, such as shortages and surpluses. Assisting with metrics that are best suited for the area and analyzing those metrics with the VP of Operations/COO to accommodate hiring practices, such as time-to-fill measurements, etc. Responsible for the overall recruiting efforts for a designated area including advertising, screening of applicants, scheduling interviews, scheduling interviews, extending job offers, posting and closing positions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). What you Need to make a Difference Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent work-related experience (i.e., staffing, human resources, sales, customer service, and/or retail experience) may be acceptable.
