You will review admission, recertification, and discharge documents to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS, LCDs, and CoPs, and assign ICD-10-CM codes to support eligibility and reimbursement. Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will ensure timely submission of coding records, participate in QAPI initiatives, and educate clinical staff on coding standards #J-18808-Ljbffr ViaQuest Hospice
