Digital Marketing Manager – Loyalty & Off-Premise
Location: Dallas, TX
Help shape the future of digital at TGI Fridays.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our loyalty program, mobile app, email marketing, and off-premise digital channels. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and digital sales across our owned and third-party platforms.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, IT, agency partners, and platforms like Punchh, OLO, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub to deliver high-impact digital initiatives.
What You'll DoLoyalty & CRM
Own and optimize our Punchh loyalty program and mobile app
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
Drive loyalty enrollment, engagement, and retention
Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Off-Premise & Digital Ordering
Lead marketing initiatives across online ordering and delivery platforms
Launch promotions and campaigns with delivery partners
Improve digital sales, guest experience, and channel performance
Project Management & Analytics
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional projects
Partner with internal teams and agency partners to execute initiatives
Track KPIs, report results, and continuously optimize performance
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, or eCommerce
Experience with loyalty platforms (Punchh preferred)
Experience working with online ordering or delivery platforms
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Bonus Points
Restaurant, hospitality, or franchise experience
PMP or CAPM certification
