Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage agencies or coordinate projects. You'll own the digital marketing strategy, optimize performance across multiple channels and create campaigns that generate measurable business results. If you enjoy testing ideas, analyzing data, improving conversions and creating engaging content, you'll love this opportunity. This is not a social media-only or content marketing role. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, paid media, analytics and conversion optimization who also enjoys creating compelling digital content. What You'll Own Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation Own SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic rankings and maximize paid search performance Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4 and other reporting tools Execute A/B testing across websites, landing pages, email campaigns and digital advertising to improve conversion rates Develop remarketing campaigns that increase engagement and generate qualified leads Manage website content and collaborate on ongoing UX improvements Create compelling digital content across websites, blogs, email campaigns and social media platforms Coordinate photography and videography projects to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence Manage the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms Monitor marketing KPIs and provide recommendations based on campaign performance and customer behavior Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth through new marketing channels and emerging technologies Stay current on AI marketing tools, digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing effectiveness What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience leading digital marketing initiatives Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and paid digital advertising Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and marketing analytics Experience with remarketing campaigns and audience segmentation Ability to create compelling written and visual marketing content Experience coordinating photography, videography and creative production Strong understanding of website optimization, landing pages and user experience Excellent project management and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly Bonus Points Experience with HubSpot or another CRM and marketing automation platform Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms Familiarity with AI marketing tools Commercial real estate, hospitality, private equity or lifestyle brand experience Why This Opportunity?
