Location: Fort Atkinson, WI

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Early Morning Shift

Adecco is hiring a Receiving Specialist for a leading warehouse operation in Fort Atkinson, WI! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , giving you the chance to join a great company with excellent benefits and long-term career potential.

Schedule


Summer Hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM-2:30 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM-11:30 AM (Start your weekend early!)

After Summer:

• Monday-Friday: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

Overtime: Overtime may be available after your scheduled shift until 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Complete material replenishment to support warehouse operations.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas using 5S principles.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with special projects and support training of new team members as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies or quality concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or powered industrial truck experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), or Workday is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
