- Lead, coach, and develop program managers, supervisors, clinical leaders, and department heads.
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold leaders accountable for quality, compliance, staffing, documentation, communication, and operational performance.
- Promote effective coordination among residential, clinical, behavioral-health, nursing, day-services, and administrative teams.
- Support person-centered services that reflect individual needs, support plans, treatment recommendations, behavioral needs, health and safety considerations, rights, and personal goals.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of service plans, behavioral supports, clinical recommendations, and interdisciplinary care strategies.
- Support program and clinical leaders in addressing complex cases, behavioral concerns, medical issues, service barriers, and significant changes in individual needs.
- Strengthen communication among program leadership, clinical professionals, service coordinators, families, guardians, and executive leadership.
- Review program and quality indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and support quality-improvement, risk-management, corrective-action, incident-review, and staff-development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Illinois developmental disability requirements, waiver standards, organizational policies, documentation requirements, and service standards.
- Oversee preparation for regulatory reviews, audits, quality reviews, and corrective-action plans.

- Current QIDP qualification or previous QIDP experience.
- Experience overseeing clinical services, behavioral-health services, nursing, case management, or interdisciplinary service teams.
- Multi-site or regional program leadership experience.
- Experience supervising both clinical and operational leaders.
- Experience with clinical review, service planning, behavioral support, incident review, quality assurance, or risk management.
- Experience with regulatory audits and corrective-action processes.
