About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding the organization's land conservation and stewardship efforts. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement to ensure the continued growth and impact of the organization. The ideal Executive Director will have a proven track record in a leadership position, with experience in the non-profit sector and a background in environmental conservation or a related field. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of conservation programs, managing staff and volunteers, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and the local community. The role demands a visionary leader who can inspire and mobilize others towards the common goal of land conservation and stewardship. A relevant degree in environmental science, natural resource management, or a related discipline is typically required, along with excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
